Personal Trainer

Mike holds a Bachelor Degree from the University of Derby UK, and he is certified as a Personal Trainer by the Greek Athletic and Fitness School (GRAFTS) accredited by the European Register of Exercise Professionals (EREPs) and by the Europe Active Professional Standards Committee (European Health and Fitness Association – EHFA). He is a Group Fitness Trainer and Less Mills Instructor on HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training), GRIT Athletic, GRIT Strength, and GRIT Cardio.
Mike as a personal fitness instructor is committed in helping others to reach their health and fitness goals. He trains his clients/athletes on a “one-to-one” basis adapting and modifying exercises for the maximum benefit and safety of his clients encouraging them at the same time to develop self-empowerment. His approach to training relies heavily on the fundamentals of Functional Training, incorporating movements from the activities of daily life. Mike focusses on posture, strength and balance and aims to help people to build confidence by setting challenging goals and devising effective strategies to steadily achieve them.
